Life can get so overwhelming especially as a mum and it’s always good to have your go to, trusted rituals to help.
Here are my 3 go to wellness rituals that never fail me as a busy mum.
Listening to a podcast.
Some of the best rituals I use are so simple and may seem obvious but those are the best. When the twins were younger I would put them into their pram and go on a long walk and listen to my podcast. Now that they don’t use their pram anymore it is a little tricky. But a big open field where they can run around does wonders.

An everything shower.
My boys can consume my whole day if I let them. I’m at a point now when I’m getting myself back, and rediscovering who I am. An everything shower is just that. Putting you first. Hair, skin, reflecting, thinks. The shower is where I get some of my best ideas. Taking that time to put yourself back together and coming out feeling and looking like a new women.

Sitting in silence.
I never appreciated silence until I became a twin mum. It truly is heaven, and I cherish every minute of it. I like to wake up a little earlier then everyone else, come downstairs, make myself a nice cup of tea, and sit in the lounge and enjoy my tea and the silence. Now that its spring/summer and getting warmer i sit outside in the fresh air. Pure bliss.
